What is a fanlisting? According to TFL.org, 'A fanlisting is simply an online listing of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are) - they are just a place where you can have your name listed along with other fans of the same subject. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not official) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting the fans.'

mask of zorro & legend of zorro

The Mask of Zorro (1998) is an American action film directed by Martin Campbell, and stars Antonio Banderas, Anthony Hopkins, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Stuart Wilson. It might be interesting to note that in over 80 past cinematic productions of the Zorro character and story, Banderas was the first Spanish actor to ever play the role.

The Legend of Zorro is a 2005 movie directed by New Zealander Martin Campbell. The movie stars Antonio Banderas and Catherine Zeta-Jones and is a sequel to 1998's The Mask of Zorro, also directed by Campbell and starring Banderas and Zeta-Jones. The film, which takes place in San Mateo County of modern-day California, was shot in Mexico.

The character's visual motif is, typically, a black costume with a flowing Spanish cape, a flat-brimmed Andalusian-style hat, more appropriate to a California caballero than the wide sombrero the character wore in the original, and a black cowl mask that covers the top of the head from eye level upwards. In addition, his favoured weapon is a rapier which he often uses to leave his distinctive emblem, a large 'Z' made with three quick cuts.

De la Vega escapes from prison with the intention of taking revenge on Montero and telling Elena her true origin. He also trains a young delinquent, Alejandro Murrieta, as a new Zorro. In the final fight, both Montero and De la Vega die. The new Zorro and Elena get married. Murrieta (now known as Alejandro De la Vega) continues the fight against injustice at least until 1850, when California becomes the 31st US State. Zorro continues his heroic crusade in American California, with the approval and support of his wife Elena and son Joaquín.

Alejandro is played by Antonio Banderas.
