Caramel Coated is my own personal domain, which I set up in 2003 on the 17th July. It’s just my own plot on the web, where I can store all my stuff and crap on. It’s not meant to be anything else. I do love my ickle domain *hugs it*. I have own several domains in the past, including an Elijah Wood fansite which lasted a good few years, and a predecessor to this site which lasted virtually no time at all, but Caramel Coated is the only one which has stuck it through.

Caramel Coated has become my baby, a means to express myself and an escape from the outside world. I couldn’t ever imagine getting rid of it for another domain after the sheer amount of sweat and tears I’ve put into it over the years. It was my starting block in the world of web design, and I’ve learnt so much through it, and still am. So, no, Caramel is staying put for the time being ^_^

Caramel Coated is hosted by EZ Web Hosting which is just fine for my needs. All graphics and layouts are made with Adobe Photoshop and Jasc Paintshop Pro.

When making my layouts, I much prefer to use my own images, such as my photography as I feel that it really makes my site my own.
